Jordan Pines & Salt Lake City Temple | First Look Bridals | Nate and Lindsay

Lindsay and Nate – these two are seriously the best! Not only are they beautiful together, but they have the best hearts and the best love story. These two met while they were both teaching at the MTC. It didn’t take long for them to fall in love and realize they were meant to be. Well, not too long later…Lindsay had planned an epic trip to visit Europe with her sister. Little did she know, that Nate had worked out a HUGE epic surprise plan for her. While Lindsay and her sister were enjoying their visit to Rome, Nate was getting ready to hop on a plane. By the time they made it to Florence, Nate had also arrived in Florence. While in Florence, Lindsay and her sister visited a beautiful flower garden. At one point, when Lindsay was distracted and had her back turned, Nate popped up out of nowhere, and got down on one knee. Lindsay turned around to see a beautiful ring and her smiling future husband! I mean, how AMAZING is that?! Incredible. Of course, she said yes and they finished out their Europe trip all together! With a start to their engagement like that, you just know the rest of their love story will always be romantic and thoughtful. Lindsay describes the proposal as, “Just the best day of my life! …I have no words.”

Well, fast forward a few months, and now it’s time to take their First Look portraits! We decided to embrace the chilly weather and go somewhere with beautiful snow and scenery – Jordan Pines. I love the excitement these two share throughout their whole portrait session. They were just giddy and over-the-moon thrilled. After the mountains, we drove back down into the valley and took portraits at the Salt Lake City temple, where they will be getting married. Everything about the day was just gorgeous, and made me even MORE excited for their actual wedding day!
